Returns Policy
At ABC Motorfactors, we aim to make the returns process as simple, fair, and efficient as possible. Please read the information below before returning any items.
Return Conditions
To qualify for return, items must:
- Be unused and in resalable condition
- Not have been fitted or installed
- Include all original packaging and seals
- Be returned free from oil or fluid
- Include proof of purchase where possible
Return Timeframe
Returns should be reported and returned within 10 days of delivery.
Returns submitted outside this timeframe may be subject to a handling or restocking charge.
Incorrect or Unwanted Parts
If an item is no longer required, ordered incorrectly, or supplied in error, please provide a returns note clearly stating the reason for return.
Please include where possible:
- Invoice number
- Part number
- Reason for return
Damaged or Faulty Items
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Faulty items may require inspection or testing by the supplier or manufacturer before a warranty claim can be approved.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must include all relevant information requested by our returns department or supplier.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Completed warranty forms
- Vehicle registration details
- Proof of fitting
- Labour invoices
- VAT details where applicable
Main Dealer & Special Order Parts
Main dealer and special order parts may only be accepted for return with supplier approval.
These items may also be subject to a restocking charge.
Please ensure all VIN/chassis-specific parts are checked carefully before ordering, as incorrectly ordered special-order parts may not be returnable.

If you require a collection for returned items, please contact our sales or returns department and we will do our best to arrange this with our delivery team.
